1. Scope
Tanziro provides a private desktop assistant that answers interview questions using the resume and profile you supply. You remain solely responsible for what you say in an interview.

By using Tanziro you agree to use it only in interviews you are personally attending. Access is granted per approved request for a limited window and is not transferable. Submitting false interview details or payment proof results in permanent account suspension without refund. You remain responsible for complying with the policies of the organisation interviewing you.
2. Eligibility
You may only use Tanziro in interviews you are personally attending. Sharing your access, or using it on behalf of another person, terminates this agreement immediately.
3. Session access
Access is granted per approved request for a limited window around your scheduled interview. It is not a subscription and not permanent access.
4. Fees
Session fees are payable in advance per approved interview. If you accept an offer for a role where Tanziro assisted your interview, a success fee of 10% of your first-year fixed salary becomes payable within 30 days of your joining date. Session fees already paid are deducted from the success fee.
5. Offer disclosure
You agree to tell us in writing if you accept an offer for a role where Tanziro assisted, so the success fee can be calculated. We may ask for a copy of the offer letter for verification.
6. Employer contact
We will never contact your employer, recruiter or any third party about you without your separate, explicit consent given at the time.
7. Accuracy
The profile and resume you submit must be accurate. Submitting false employment, salary, offer or interview details ends your access without refund.
8. Data
Your profile, resume and agreement are stored to operate the service. Interview audio is transcribed on your own device and is never uploaded.
9. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Fees already due remain payable.
10. Governing terms
This agreement is read together with the published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you receive an offer letter for a session assisted by Tanziro, you agree to share a copy of the offer letter with us for verification. This is used only to confirm outcomes and is never published.
