01Is Tanziro visible during a screen share?+
No. Stealth Mode excludes the window from screen capture and recording on macOS and Windows.
02Why do you need the HR email and a screenshot?+
The invite screenshot must show the same HR email you entered. That is how we confirm the session is real before granting access.
03How long does review take?+
Usually within a few hours. You will see the status change on your dashboard and get a notification.
04When does my access start?+
Shortly before your scheduled start time, and it closes automatically at the end of the window.
05What happens when the window expires?+
The desktop app shows that the session has ended and offers to submit another request or buy more sessions.
06Do you store my interview audio?+
No. Speech is transcribed on your own machine and the audio is never uploaded.
