Gate one
Account verification, done once
A person checks that you are a real candidate and that you have accepted the commercial terms.
You submit
Profile, professional and employment details, resume, and a signed agreement with your electronic signature.
We review
An administrator reads your profile and agreement, and either approves it or sends it back with a reason.
Access is released
Once verified, the desktop application is unlocked on your dashboard and you can request sessions.

Every interview approved on its own
Session access is not a subscription. Each interview is requested, verified against real evidence, and time-boxed.

Submit your session
Send the interview date and time, the HR email address, a screenshot of the interview invite showing that same HR email, and your payment screenshot.

We review it
An admin verifies the invite and the payment. You will see the status move from Pending review to Approved.

Access opens automatically
Tanziro unlocks shortly before your scheduled start and closes when the session window ends.

- Review every profile and session request by hand
- Store the exact agreement version you accepted
- Keep interview audio on your own machine
- Tell you plainly why a request was rejected

- Contact your employer or recruiter without separate consent
- Publish or sell your profile information
- Grant permanent access to the application
- Let answers invent experience you never listed
